The New Year began with the Regency Dance Centre’s competitive team headed to Blackpool, the home of ballroom dancing, for the prestigious annual Champions of Tomorrow competition, held in the historic Empress Ballroom at the Winter Gardens. 

We will be running a new Absolute Beginners Ballroom & Latin-American class at The Regency Dance Centre from Monday 9th April 2018. Ideal for those who consider themselves having no sense of rhythm and two left feet!

Most of us make a resolution to get fit in the new year, however not many people are specific enough with their goals to make them achievable. Even worse, we get into the same boring routines that lead to many of us quitting before we see any real results.
