What We Are Doing to Keep You Safe
Prepearing our Venue
The Ballroom has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitised throughout the entire premises, including all the furniture, products, inventory items and surfaces and we will continue to maintain this high level of cleanliness once we have re-opened. We have added additional signage and hand sanitising stations around the Ballroom and installed extra safety measures throughout the premesis.
New Guidance for Customers
We will shortly be issuing new guidance for customers outlining the changes we have put in place when visiting the Ballroom. These changes will include advanced bookings, pre-booking health surveys, reduced class sizes, controlled entry and exit and face coverings to be worn. We will be releasing full guidance to customers shortly.
If you wish to purchase any shoes, clothing or accessories these will be available to purchase online. You will no longer be able to try products at the Ballroom to prevent the spread of infection. You will however be able to return products and all returns will remain quarantined for a period of 72 hours before being returned to stock.
When will we re-open?
The Regency Team are very much missing our students and friends and cannot wait to return as soon as possible. However, your safety is our first priority and we will continue to follow governemnt guidelines and we will keep you updated with our future plans. We will gradually re-introduce services using a phased approach, with private tuition and small groups being among the first to return.
