In order to be the best we possibily can be we are always looking for ways to imrpove our service. However we can't do this without your help, which is why we have created a short questionnaire for you to complete. Your feedback will be used to improve our service and make any changes if necessary. We hope that you will be fair and honest in your feedback so that we can celebrate our achievements and improve upon any shortcomings.
You will also get the chance to be entered into our prize draw to win a 30 minute private dance lesson with one of our instructors! Please see terms and conditions below.
You can collect a form from the Ballroom or ask a member of staff.
Please remember, If you have any issues or concerns regarding your tuition then you can talk to your teacher or our Principal Teacher, Kim Dunn, and we will be happy to address any queries or concerns you may have.
Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- The winner will be drawn on 1st June 2018. Please make sure that your form is completed and posted in the box provided, by Friday 26th May 2018 to be entered into our draw. You can also give your completed entry to a member of the management team.
- If you are selected as a winner you will need to book your lesson within 3 months of the draw date otherwise the voucher will expire.
- The voucher cannot be exchanged or sold for monetary value and will only be redeemable by the winner of the prize draw.
