About Your Teacher: Sharon Mayfield

Sharon has nurtured a passion for dancing throughout her life, beginning with ballroom and Latin dancing at a young age.

Having danced salsa for nearly 20 years and learned from the best teachers in the UK, she is also passionate about dancing and teaching bachata, another fun social dance.

Her ability to dance as both a leader and a follower gives her valuable insight into the experiences and needs of both parties.

Sharon describes the experience of dancing as “alchemy”. The movement to the music and the connection with someone on the dance floor are like no other. Magical! She wants to share that experience with you.
