As another season of Strictly Come Dancing comes to an end, we thought it would be a perfect opportunity to share some strictly secret dance tips with you all. Some of you may be thinking about starting your own dancing journey and others may be considering taking their dancing to the next level: no matter which stage you are in we guarantee these tips will help you to shine on the dance floor.

Sarah Davies has been attending our regular Ballroom & Latin-American class on a Thursday evening, however on Monday 1st August, she will be swapping her dance shoes for Weightlifting gloves as she competes for Team GB at the Commonwealth Games in the Women’s Weightlifting 71kg class in Birmingham!
