We are excited to announce that Melissa Kirkpatrick will be running a Stamina Workshop & Practice at The Regency Dance Centre on Sunday 4th November! 

Melissa Kirkpatrick and Will Duffin are UK Closed Under 21 Latin finalists and UK closed Amateur Semi Finalists! Melissa is an amazing dancer and Personal Trainer with lots of experience and knowledge to share with others regarding dance and fitness! ?

This is a great opportunity for Ballroom & Latin competitors of all ages and abilities! ?

10:30-11:30 Stamina Workshop
11:30-11:45 Break
11:45-13:00 Ballroom Practice
13:00-13:15 Break
13:15-14:30 Latin Practice

Price: £10 Workshop Only, £15 including Practice
(minimum 12 participants required).
