About Our Practice
Our Competitors' Practice Night is designed for Ballroom and Latin-American dancers who want dedicated practice time in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether you're preparing for your first competition or competing regularly, you'll have plenty of space to work on your dancing, refine your technique, and build confidence on the floor.
Hosted by The Regency Dance Centre Ltd and run by Michael and Paula, the practice attracts dancers of all ages and abilities who are looking to make the most of their training time.

Price: £10 Per Person
We recommend booking in advance where possible, although dancers are welcome to enquire about availability on the night.
